Graham is the owner of Hanlon & Company Solicitors and Chairman of the Private Security Appeals Board at the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform, Ireland as well as the Vice Chairman of the Employment Appeals Tribunal at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Ireland. Before qualifying as a solicitor Graham was elected to several leadership positions within the Junior Chamber International organisation culminating in being elected World President in 2008.
